Short sleeve bodysuit is 100% cotton and has ruffles around the neckline and the bottom of the sleeves. The multiple layer tulle tutu is soft with an elastic waist band. Outfit also comes with a hair bow headband. The bow on this headband is 4.5" Add on options include a birthday hat with headband attached for maximum comfort and leg warmers with attached sequin bows and gold glitter hearts.

A VERY satisfied customer
Love it!!! I came just as pictured... except the hat was pink instead of gold which I was a little disappointed but the pink will still work and the bow on the skirt was dull compared to the shiny bow on the headband but the shoes I purchased for the outfit will balance it out. Also the skirt is full like I wanted it so overall I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and I’m still giving 5 stars despite the few little disappointments.The first picture is what I received and the second picture is the outfit with the shoe I purchased for the outfit

Pleased with outfit, but not pleased with headband.
Used for my granddaughter's first birthday party. Outfit was true to size and so cute. Only complaint I have, is the headband was too tight. Was hard to get on her head, then left a ring when we removed. Her head is normal size for a one year old baby.
