Perfect
These are perfect for increasing the height on my guitar fx units and metal plate which i needed so the power pack would fit underneath neatly with wires tucked in. Feet good quality with metal washers inside will last.

Caters with a range of uses
These are probably intended as furniture casters, but we used them on the four base legs of our bird table to ensure it didn't sit directly on the patio and get rotted by rain. Its worked really well, so very versatile.

Hole size is M6 not M8
Quality is good, however they are not M8, they are for M6 bolts. I had to drill the holes with an 8mm drill bit to make them fit.

Suitably uplifting
The rubber feet to a half-moon decorative cast-iron grating outside my garden shed door had long since perished. Their replacement was one of those non-essential tasks that I might never have got round to addressing. But one day I decided (as you do) to raise the priority of the task and, after ensuring I could successfully remove the rather rusted screws securing the remnants of the old feet, I looked on line (and inevitably to Amazon) to find suitable replacements. Not quite the simple task I'd envisaged; first of all, what do you call them? Are they buffers, bumpers, are they spacers, are they feet, or are they something I hadn't thought of? I can't remember what search term I used, but it didn't take me too long to find the kind of thing I was looking for. But the next problem was finding a set (I needed six) of the correct dimension and material specification. Most seemed to be quite diminutive and of a type to be be secured with a small wood screw; I needed something more substantial that would accept an M5 machine screw. Another issue was that reviews suggested some of the contenders weren't really made of rubber but a kind of hard plastic - and that wouldn't really have suited my outdoor purpose. After extensive searching and careful comparison of various dimensional drawings, I happened upon the Adam Hall 4909 M8 AH - a set of 8 rubber feet that looked just right. And so it proved to be. They accepted an M5 machine screw nicely, although not the old screws that I'd removed - I needed to find some with longer shanks, because these feet - made of soft PVC with a polypropylene core incorporating a steel washer and intended for flight boxes - were a bit deeper in the body than those they were replacing. Anyway, it was a job worth doing and my grating now usefully stands a little clearer of the ground, so that mud from muddy boots can more easily drop through.

Very well made and sturdy product that I used at the base of fence panels on my patio to allow airflow.

As decribed
Good product. The rubber has a nice softness and it does the job at preventing my builds from sliding.

Not right for my task
No good for what I needed to cut. An aluminium seem in a door.
