3 Pack Yumei Instant Hotpot Self-Heating 425g, With Vegetable and Noodles in, Tomato Flavor(Tomato Soup)

I got the tomato and this soup is fantastic! I definitely recommend letting it cook for 15 minutes instead of the 8 the package says. I also put the noodles at the bottom of the white/top container. This way the noodles are well cooked, and the veggies soften up but are still crispy. I love the crunch of the lotus root, and the bamboo shoots come out perfectly. If it is too hard, then it didn't cook long enough. Considering you get 3, the price of $10 each isn't bad since it is a very filling meal. It's super easy to make, too. All you do it empty the ingredients into the white/top container and add hot water to the veggies and soup (cold water only for bottom container that has the heat pack). Also, if you're worried about the spicy level, the soup isn't spicy at all if you don't add the spice packet.

I like the taste of these they are good. I wish the veggies had mushrooms in them that would have added to this. And I didn't care for the noodles they are gummy like. Maybe if I find one with rice I will try it. Or maybe add my own noodles instead. The heating pack for this is so cool it gets really hot.

The ease of these are amazing as a disabled person who struggles to stand long enough to prep and cook a meal. All three are extremely tasty and filling. There isn't a fill line on the red box, but 1 cup of cold water will be more than enough. I normally let it sit for 10-15 minutes after it begins bubbling instead of the 8, and find everything cooks through better. Golden Soup: Savory and slightly spicy. This is my personal favorite. Tomato: Strong tomato flavor while still being light and not spicy at all. Almost healing, if that makes sense. Spicy: Personally, too spicy, but the flavor is really nice and makes you want to hurt yourself for another bite. Kinda oily. Only the sauce changes. I've added sliced meat into them before and been quite pleased with the results. I bet you could add other stuff, just make sure the lid can be closed safely.

Interesting concept but not an enjoyable meal. Bamboo shoots with the texture of a wooden popsicle stick…

Purchased the tomato flavor when it was 22.09 for 3 packages. Decent price for a meal sized portion. The only flavors i've been able to get up til now have all been spicy szechuan, so It was nice enjoying a meal that didn't numb my mouth. It looks like other reviewers are complaining about the metallic taste, which I can see why but other instant hotpot brands i've tried all have basically the same preserved veggie bag so they're all pretty similar in terms of aftertaste. I actually really enjoyed the noodles that came with this particular flavor, they were very jelly/chewy like. Would order again.

These are good they all are some what spicy the golden one is like a sour soup like hot and sour I was hoping it was chicken. But it was not still pretty good the spicy hot one is well very very hot almost not edible hot u jave to like very spicy to be able to eat that first for the reviews that say there is no fill line for the red cup it's the dots in the corners one cup works perfectly then fill the white cup to the fill line gets super hot as for the taste it's a sour tomato soup close to Tom yum very mild spice level and you don't have to actually add the spice it's separate the vegetables are crunchy and the noodles have a chewy texture It was overall yummy and good size also fun to make comes with chopsticks as well nice little kit on the go to eat anywhere just remeber the plastic will get hot when cooking but won't melt .

I bought the three packs and when I opened the first box, the noodle looks moldy. It could be starch residue but it looks quite fuzzy to me (I did not open that noodle pack). The best by date is Feb 24, which is over a month from now. I opened the second box and everything looks fine. I will give it a taste to see how it goes.

IT is ok. Needs more flavor.
