Arrived a lot easier than expected I already had medical alert band but it kept sliding up & down my wrist so decided to get one that had a watch strap which is a lot better I love the colour pink so I've chosen a pink strap but I have sent away for a black strap as well . Totally well worth the money love love the medical alert band. Great quality.

Perfect fit and writing is a good readable size. Delivery was very quick 11 days earlier and pretty little velvet bag that it comes in. Definitely recommend 100%

Liked the band, colour, medical alert idea as a whole. But the clasp is so sharp at the edge, where you need to grab and lift it to undo. elderly have paper thin fragile skin so will likely cut themselves to peaces trying to grab and undo it at bed times. I had trouble gripping it and trying to undo it as it’s so stiff and caution as so sharp.

On the plus side this is brilliant. Words are clear and easy to read, it's lightweight but feels like it will outlast me. It arrived way faster than expected and apart from one thing I am delighted with it. My ONLY issue is - it's massive on my wrist. It almost slides off when my arm is hanging down . I am unsure if I measured it incorrectly but according to the info, it should have been a reasonable fit. Will replace when I lose it, which I suspect will not be long.

The product is very well made. I'm wearing it 24/7. It's coming at a big size and that's the plus - you can adjust it. Remove the buckles and cut it to the size you want :)

The pick was wonderful but the purple was horrible, broke on second day that my niece wear. I just ordered a pink one to my niece because she's epileptic and need one to wear when she's in college
