I am diabetic, I am obese, I have cancer and I have problems walking and have no balance. I am very stubborn and want to do as much as I can to care for myself. I can get one sock on by myself it takes awhile but I can do it, the other sock has become a real problem, in other words, I can't get it on any more, thus I go sock less, and due to lymphedema my feet swell even more. A conundrum. So I looked up sock donners and found this awesome device! It took a few minutes to figure it out, but it works! One sock on, two socks on(by the way these are mid calf compression socks) if I could jump up and down with glee I would! The plastic is thick and seems pretty sturdy, the foam handles work really well, the tab on the shoehorn makes sock removal much easier. I am impressed and pleased. Thank you.

These devices have helped me tremendously! I have a bad back and hips and have trouble with socks and shoes. These tools take the pain out of it and make it easy. They work great, good price and quality. The shipping is still slow

The sock aid works well on very dry feet. If you try to use it after getting out of the shower it will be difficult. Added Teflon tape which helped. Sock aid started cracking at about 6 months and just made it past two years before breaking completely. Shoe horn works well for shoes, but sock remover digs into ankle.

Great tool so easy to use

The plastic is sturdy and the opening is just large enough for getting my foot in. But the foam collar was AWFUL. It grabbed onto the sock and wouldn't let the sock slide off and onto my legs. That created a sock tourniquet just above my ankle. I have limited mobility so getting the sock off was very unpleasant to say the least. Once I removed all that foam collar the thing works just fine. The foam collar would work for short non-compression socks, period.

Absolutely a fine product. It really does what it is suppose to do. I recently dislocated an artificial hip and wondered how I would get socks on when the weather gets cooler. No problem, works like a charm. The shoe horn is long and sturdy so works quite well also. They thought of how will you get those socks off. No problem as turn over the shoe horn and it has a clip that snatches off your sock. Really great product.

I am recovering from auto accident and with my age found it hard to put on socks. This device was FANTASTIC!! It lived up to my expectations. You need only to put socks onto cuff...all way up is best, and pull. It worked great first time. I had gotten a different one some months ago and it was bad. This worked grat and kit includes a 24" shoe horn which was great as well as I had great problem getting shoes on as well. BUY IT!!! Well worthwhile.
