Sanctuary Spa Warming Body Balm, Deep Heat Sensation Muscle Rub, Vegan and Cruelty Free, 150 ml

I was a huge fan of Forever Heat Lotion but you cannot get it now. So, decided to try this from Sanctuary. Omg, the smell of it is divine. You only need a small amount and it is so warming. It's great for neck ache, backs, hips, anywhere but just remember to wash your hands after using it!

Love this stuff. Yes it gets very hot, it's a heat balm. Alternative to heat patches. Nice light smell. I have very rash/alregy prone skin. Did not have any allergic reactions at all. It's supposed to heat up a lot. Great for my back, have a stubborn muscle injury. It distracts from the pain. Wash your hands and don't use after shower. Use it as directed. If you get residue into your eyes it stings like a hot pepper!!

I had read reviews about this burning. Some people were even saying it shouldn't be on the market .However I have had lovely products by Sanctuary before and would only buy cruelty free so decided to give it a go. I haven't had a problem with it . It smells nice, it is warming and is a nicer alternative to other deep heat products. Beware though. Do not put it on after a bath or shower. It says this on the tube and I think this is where people went wrong. Also use sparingly. If you slap it on you are more likely to have the burning that others report. I would buy again.

I know other posts are complaining about it burning. It doesn’t burn if you use a sensible amount and you have to use after a shower or bath. This is my go to moisturiser after I’ve had a hard day as it really does warm the muscles to soothes aches and pains. I have sciatica after a bad horse fall injury and this is just perfect for me. I think if you use a little and let your body get used to it, it will do the job.

I loved this , used for torn rotar cuff. Use sparingly, the more you massage the heat builds up. Beatiful fragrance, aided my sleep.

I got this instead of buying the forever living aloe heating cream as it was cheaper and I thought why not try it! It's brilliant, has a really deep and long lasting heat (work best when put on under clothing) I have put this on before bed and still felt the heat from it hours later! There's no harsh scent like with other heating creams that you can smell a mile a way It's quite nice and delicate. Well worth the money and ive purchased several tubes for myself and family.

Really good, helps alot with back pain

I use it for back pain relief and to help with my sleep and I couldn't be without it. You'd really need to be a fan of lavender as the scent is very strong. Also I wasn't expecting the intensity of the heat to be so high. I'd say, on first use, it was comparable maybe to sunburn but you quickly get used to it.
