Too large and will show if the neck of the blouse or sweater is boat-neck or a little low. I've ordered these before and they were a little smaller and worked MUCH better. I am not pleased with them.

The only problem I have with shoulder pads are the Velcro is reversed. Easier to put on if Velcro was opening towards the shoulder instead of the arm.

I ordered two sets of shoulder pads, because they are so hard to find. This pair, the Hook and Loop, are very large (neck to past shoulder), so I don't recommend them for a smaller person. They are also quite expensive for what you get. The other pair I ordered was the Pretty and Petite Raglan Shoulder Pads. I like these much better; however, they are quite thick, so you really need to be looking for Big shoulders.

These shoulder pads were much too large to be of use to me. They go from my shoulder to my neck, and I have not found anything high enough on the neck to be able to wear them without them being seen.

Not too large, not too thin. Love the easy hook/loop closure and the cloth covered pad does not rip and tear like the conventional foam pads. Adds enough shaping to look crisp and professional - but not like a football player!

I have a couple of jackets with extra room in the shoulders and these pads make them fit perfectly! They are easy to insert and remove. Please make them in black, too!
