Looks good...no adhesive just screws....t-rex tape
I don't know where to write the adhesion part because it comes with none...but I knew this when I was buying it...I have t-rex tape which I used to adhere it to the wall...it was super easy if you have that..otherwise you'll have to use the screws for tile style restrooms and drill out holes in wall which I was not going to do .....t Rex tape worked amazingly easily and it took a minute ....the bottles themselves worked great....you do have to push the air out by putting water in first before using...but the bottles are easy to use.....there's a black clip key thing ...x2....that it comes with...don't lose it cause it helps you open the plastic container thing....then the bottle pops easily....the bottles are not super huge....so I don't think it holds all of the liquids of most regular size bottles out there so you'll have to store the leftover somewhere...otherwise it dispense the shampoo conditioner and body wash perfectly plus it looked great ...

Poor design, broken after 1 year
Edit:Well, just shy of a year after the original order date, one of the three dispensers has failed. The tube/pump that holds the body wash failed. I noticed I was out of soap in the pump one day, so I refilled it. Next time I showered, the same dispenser was empty again, and the soap had drained out into the tub below. There are 2 little plastic valves inside the nipple on the dispenser bottle, and I'm guessing that some piece of those failed. The value of these is pretty low to me now. They are convenient, but I'll look elsewhere for a more robust replacement.Original Below:I have a bad habit of using way more soap/shamooo/conditioner than would ever be necessary. I was inspired to try this out after seeing one in a hotel shower, because it seemed so convenient. It certainly makes for a more seamless shower experience than picking up the soap bottles, but it also dispenses a small amount with each press, and I've gotten so many more showers out of the same soap brands/bottles since I started using these.

Not a long term solution
I bought six of these for my rentals and although they're sleek and attractive, they are problematic. The pumps give so little product, that someone with long hair will need twenty pumps. They're very fussy with what shampoo works. Too thick, they don't pump at all. Too watery, they drip the whole container onto the shower floor creating a slipping hazard. Servicing requires a special plastic tool that you can depend upon losing. One by one, they've stopped working and I don't think you can buy parts. If they could reengineer the pump to work I think this would be a great product. I'll be replacing every one with something that I don't get complaints about.

nice and clean
Love the look of the unit. Used or own silicone to adhere to wall, as these came with screws and we didn't want to drill holes. It's not only neater looking without bottles in the shower, there's no mildew or soap scum to deal with keeping at bay. These are up and dry.We did have to "thin" the conditioner with about 1 part water to 3 cond, being that it was too thick to pump. but body soap and shampoo (head and shoulders) were fine. But we expected that as a possibility, so it's no big deal.

It leaks
I got one of these for myself and one for my children. First, the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner comes out very slowly, which I thought would be good bc we wouldn’t use the products as quickly. But, after a couple of months of use, they started leaking. I opened them up and noticed the “nozzles” had cracks in them. I think it’s bc we were pressing too hard bc it was so slow coming out. And when I saw leaking, I mean that we’d go to take a shower and the tub floor was covered in soap. I would not recommend this product:/
