How well would these headphones work for running outside？

It stays on very well when going for a run, they keep my eyes away from sweat, wick away moisture and dry quickly and keep my hair out of my face. They also do the job best in terms of reducing wind noise, not falling off, staying in place, connectivity, and comfort.And it works awesome for me to be able to listen to my music while sleeping. It also charges fast and the battery last a decent amount of time.

Can i use it as night mask? Is it comfortable ?

My husband talked me into purchasing this and I am so glad he did. For me the charge last 2 nights. It is comfortable and you can move the speakers around a bit to line up with your ears, unlike other headbands or earbuds, i don't feel the little speaker on my ear when I turn over, they don't squeeze my big head either, i listen nightly to a sleeping app and was just using my phones speaker. The speakers right by my ears helps mask other sounds that would wake me up before. Highly recommend for those who like listening to music to fall asleep and don't want to bother their partner

I want to buy it as a birthday present for my wife. Will the size suit her? Will she like it?

You know your wife. I bought them so that I could meditate, or listen to apps to help me sleep, without disturbing my husband. They are easy to use. They cover my ears, forehead and wrap around my head. Does she like things around her head? Does she struggle to sleep. It's really a personal choice. Ask her friends or family.

Are these compatible with an iPad or ipod to hear tv, film, Netflix etc?

Hi , yes, the headbands headphones works with ipad to hear tv, film, Netflix.. as to the ipod, as far as i know , only ipod nano 7 & iPod touch which have the function of Bluetooth can be paired with the bluetooth headband,if you found there is no sound after paird, you can re -pair this headband with the iPod Bluetooth, then adjust the volume of the ipod, and keep the Bluetooth headband and the iPod within 10 meters or closer
