10/10 Actually spill proof. Baby holds it easily by himself, and took to it really wells I recommend leaving the inner straw detached if you are just introducing straws, just until they get the idea (it’s harder to suction with the inner tube attached). Size is good, and it fits in baby’s cup holder in his car seat, as well as fitting fairly well in my purse. My only gripe is that it didn’t come with a cleaning tool for the straw, but the dishwasher works well enough. Overall, great cup. I bought a second one after this.

I did my research when my daughter was close to one as I wanted to wean her off the bottle to a straw cup. We started to introduce this cup and an open cup with water before she was 1. She was able to take to this cup easily! We LOVE the spill proof ability - parents if you know you know. She is able to drink milk and water out of this. Regular milk and also breast milk easily. We have purchased multiples of these so now she has a water straw cup and a milk straw cup. We take this cup everywhere - to the park, library, daycare and etc. It truly is spill proof. I love the ability to take a part the straw components to allow a full clean. I also picked this because of the handles and my daughter was easily able to hold this from a young age. She never held the bottle but was able to easily hold this! Great quality! I tried a bunch of other straw cups (zak, dr browns) and I loved this because it didn't have the weighted straw and was spill proof!

These are good, but they aren't leak proof. The liquid will ooze out of the straw no matter how many times you squeeze the top. I still prefer them over a similar brand I've tried. Also, if they are thrown on the ground hard enough, it will crack the lid.

Wanted this to give cows milk to my one year old and I’m happy to say it works. It doesn’t leak. It’s easy for him to hold it and it’s not too much to hand wash. Definitely worth the price and would recommend. Of note: if milk is too hot, the pressure difference will cause some leakage, but instructions do warn about that, so I wasn’t surprised. I just heat it just enough, and it doesn’t leak.

This is our absolutely favorite cup for our almost 18 month old! He’s been using it since about 12 months old. Pretty spendy, but worth it. Only leaks if you put it in the fridge and take it out due to pressure changes when it warms up again. Highly recommend!

I bought the GROSMIMI Spill Proof Sippy Cup with high hopes of a leak-free, fun experience for my toddler. Let me tell you, it was a disaster on every level. Every tilt, every giggle, every accidental bump sends liquid cascading out the sides, the straw, anywhere it can find an escape. Forget diaper changes, you'll be needing outfit changes every five minutes. Straw Struggles: My poor kid sucked and sucked, but barely a drop of liquid emerged. The one-way valve seems more intent on blocking the flow than facilitating it. It's like trying to drink a milkshake through a clogged straw – pure frustration for tiny taste buds. Cleaning Catastrophe: Disassembling this cup for cleaning is like solving a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. Tiny parts, nooks and crannies galore – it's enough to make you want to throw the whole thing in the dishwasher (which, by the way, it's not safe for). Handle Heartbreak: The removable handles seem like a good idea in theory, but in practice, they're more trouble than they're worth. They pop off with the slightest tug, sending the cup plummeting to the floor (and shattering your hopes of a peaceful meal). The only "pro" I can find for this cup is that it looks sleek and modern. But that's about it. In terms of functionality and ease of use, it's an epic fail. My advice? Save your money and your sanity. Skip the GROSMIMI Spill Proof Sippy Cup and invest in something that works (and doesn't drive you to the brink of meltdown). Overall rating: 1 star (and that's only because I can't give it zero). Good cup but the straw is not bite proof, so I will need to get a different cup now since my son is about to bite the tip off of this one.
