I have zero complaints for this machine. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Sure, there are much nicer products out there that have four times the price tag of this one.... but this is great for the price and can help you start a new way to use foods and become healthier

After just 2 1/2 month of infrequent use the plastic housing of the filter that the auger juices against has broken and there are several cracks implicating future broken pieces. This is a major design flaw and makes the product not worth buying. Plus the phone number for support that is listed with Amazon for KOIOS beginning in 855, does not ring to any customer service number and is some type of rebate offer to who knows what which is lowering this company to the level of a scam. Save your time and money and buy different juicer!

I love it. I had a Breville that fell and broke so I got this because I wanted to try a masticating juicer instead of the centrifugal. My juice pulp is completely dry, and juices are vibriant. Takes a little more time than my old Breville and I have to cut some of my veggies and fruits first but it is worth it.

Very heavy product. Looking for this to last a long time!! Bought for making celery juice every morning. And lots of other things now!

Great juicer. You’ll need to cut things down to avoid issues, but the process is thorough. Ultimate juice extraction- easy to disassemble and clean. It’s small and efficient. I couldn’t recommend this product more. But it- you will not be disappointed!

Not that impressed. It is easy to clean, use, and assemble but I don’t think it extracts as much juice as it should.

This is a great juicer. I have used it everyday since I received it. It works great, and is very easy to clean. I would recommend this juicer over other juicers that cost more. Great value, and responsive customer service (to get E-recipe book). Feel confident if you buy this juicer.

Not a great machine. Came with no brush or instructions book which it was supposed to. That led.me to believe it was used. The reverse function didnt work. Did terrible on kale and spinach. Was not too loud and easy to clean but as it was broken and missing pieces I had to send back.
