There is no sign of an expiration date on my packages, but it should be good for many years. I only make sour soup a few times a year and the packs are always good.

I think so. But it is very easy to find online. I would suggest making a day ahead of need so that the dehydrated veggies have time to soften. Be sure to squeeze out all the water in the spinach. This dip is a big favorite in our family.
