Amazing wonder product
I am a night shift worker, and I really needed something for my health, and I came across this for better sleep as my sleep was disturbed previously. Now I sleep better, can work much better at work, and perform well. I didn't expect much, but I am amazed by the product as it has more bioavailability than other products on Amazon and is safe. Having some issues with them
It took one capsule before going to bed in the night and felt some lethargy and slight headache on waking up the next morning. I have already used ZMA of two different reupted brands earlier and didnt have any such issues with them. Can somebody tell me why this is hapenning?

Does Not Work as expected.
Edited Review - After using this product for the last 12 months i can safely say that this product does not work as expected. if fact, i doubt the legitimacy of the mentioned ingredients used in it. My workout recovery was getting worse by the day along with my sleep. Another thing that i noticed was the increasing hair fall and thinning of my hair which is an indication that my body is not getting the required zinc. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this product for a mile and try something else like NOW ZMA. Zinc and magnesium are the most important mineral that a body needs which most Vegetarians are usually deficient in. I used to take Now foods ZMA for a long time but switched to Trexgenics last month and the results were noticeably better. I feel that my body recovers better every morning after a workout. I Couple this with a good Vitamic D3 supplement and noticed that i am more energetic than ever before. I hope that the quality of this product does not decrease in the future like most Indian products do eventually. 5* for now!!!
