Excellent idea here
This power brick is heavy, and I’m old and lazy. I bought a spare so I didn’t have transport this big boy to and from the house to the office during my hybrid schedule. Zero complaints. It sits on my desk and keeps all by swag figurines inline while I’m away. And when I need to plug in the laptop at the house, it is always there waiting to deliver the needed juice. Game changer

Works great
I plugged it in and it works just like original. Now I have one at home, office, and backpack

Perfect power supply replacement.
...this power supply was the higher wattage version, which would be important to be able to trickle charge the battery while using the laptop. Lower wattage power supplies may not be able to keep up with the power demand on running the machine plus charging the battery at a reasonable rate.

This stopped providing a charge after 6 weeks.
This lasted 6 weeks. Only used it 3 days a week for 12 hours/day at an alternative work location.Left me stranded. My brand-new Lenovo Slim Pro 9i ran out of battery power and would not turn on.Waste of money and left me without my computer until i could get home.I recommend buying a backup charger directly from Lenovo.

Works with Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8
I bought an open-box laptop from Best Buy and it was missing the charger. They recommended a $90 charger and I bought it knowing I would return it. I found this and it has been great so far.

Faulty chargers or normal wear and tear?
Careful, these things can fail is sketchy ways. I've tried three of these, and I recommend that you do not purchase this charger. I'll give it two stars because they failed after roughly one year of use, not immediately. They tend to charge at a normal pace, but seem to degrade in speed over time. These chargers may look big but are smaller than the larger 230 watt chargers that I was seeking to replace.I purchased three of these chargers to use between my two Lenovo Thinkpad T15g (gen1) laptops, assuming compatibility per the explicit inclusion of the T15g in this product's details. Maybe the reliability or quality control of these chargers is poor, otherwise they are not compatible with my laptop as advertised. All three of these chargers I purchased have now failed. This charger appears to share a common fault with many cheaply made chargers in that the cable slowly breaks down where the DC cable meets the transformer (i.e., the cable on the laptop side of the brick thing) from normal movement and usage. This breakdown of the cable resulted in two of the chargers I purchased producing sparks (both audible and visible) without warning before the damage to the cable was visually apparent.Last of these three chargers failed in a more surprising, if sketchy manor. While plugged in, I heard a popping and / or sizzling sound. After which, looking at my charger I saw a bright glowing dot, like some sort of short or electrical arc that was visible on the outside of the transformer / brick portion of the charger. I also saw a nice trail of smoke rising from this glowing dot, or near it. Fortunately, this situation ceased after I quickly unplugged the charger. Interestingly enough, the first sparking-broken-cable on the first charger to fail also produced a little smoke, and continued to spark for a couple seconds after unplugging.Hopefully I just got the bad batch, and anyone who has or does purchase these doesn't experience the same or worse (fallout from shorting or sketching electronics; i.e., don't burn your house down with these things, be cautious). This could be an unlucky streak or some kind of outlier, but buyer beware: these chargers can fail suddenly. I recommend sticking with the OEM or finding a better quality alternative. I don't trust these and am concerned about their safety. Not worth the price considering the quality.
