I purchased this to replace the same item by a different manufacturer. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I absolutely love it! Best hair appliance I've ever owned. It curls beautifully, straightens nicely and is light weight. I also like the locking mechanism.

When you find something that you want and is "hard to find," you make sure you buy -- not only one -- but 2 units, so you have a spare available when the first one "dies." So, THAT is exactly what I did when I found this model and my wife confirmed it was EXACTLY what she wanted. She continues to use the first one we bought and is happy with it.

I really like the way it works on my hair. It adds volume while straightening. The negative is that the controls are not in a great spot and I inadvertently change the settings. This is a bit annoying

This is my favorite styling brush because of the hot prongs between the plastic bristles. This is my third one due to a flaw in the top cap falls off and first one with the flat iron and curling brush. It gives you nice big curls and smooths out frizz from blow drying. My favorite hair appliance.

It's not the greatest for curling long hair, it gets stuck in the seams and it pulls strands out. it heats up great, and works good for straightening but it just not the best for curling long hair. That's the only downside.

I have reordered same item to receive a NEW one.The one I received today had previously been opened, possibly used.

Me and my daughter loves using curling brush/ straightener. The only thing is that I hit the on and off button and it changes the settings on me , but I still love it!

I have this Instyler..I love it...wanted another to leave at my beach house...but..the packaging was totally ripped up inside...had dust all over it...but thankgod...no ones hair.. I think it was a return..its not a cheap item..would have thought I would have been sent a NEW one.
