I've been taking these for nearly a week now. I love the taste of these. The nicest Gummies I've purchased to date. I am deficient in iron and previously had prescribed iron tablets. Moving onto these was ideal as I'm not great with taking tablets. My only concern is that the amount of iron per two Gummies is considered quite low. The good thing, it has vitamin C included which is needed to absorb iron properly.I currently feel well. I also take other supplements to support my general health and I hope adding them will give me a boost.One thing I do know, I'm not experiencing extreme fatigue, shortness or breath and weaknesses like I would usually. That for me is a bonus!

I've been anaemic in the past and I struggle with swallowing tablets, so i was searching for a gummy version. These were by far the cheapest option with the best reviews and I agree with the good reviews! They taste really nice, just a slight iron aftertaste, the texture is good, its not too chewy and I already feel like I have more energy. Also so far I have had no stomach issues as I have had with previous iron medication. For all you iron deficient people out there, try them you wont be disappointed :)

These are the best Iron gummies I have tried. They have a really nice fruity flavour without being to sweet. I hope they are doing me some good as I am not sure what to look out for in change. Going on that I have been taking them for about 4 months so I feel they are worth continuing with as long as they are sensibly priced.

Have been taking these in replacement of the liquid iron,these are two gummies per day (5mg) where as the liquid iron was 19mg ( 2 10ml) so I’m taking way less than before.. will give them a month though and see how I feel.They taste great compared to the liquid, slightly gritty to chew but nothing you can’t manage!
