I purchased this unit earlier this year after a great deal of research for my wife, she loved it. Unfortunately it is a plastic piece of crap that broke 6 months later and they no longer support it because it has been discontinued. Do NOT buy from them, the customer service people are not helpful at all.

We bought this shredder to replace one we had that was supposed to have two speeds. It didn't it had one FAST. Also it wasvery noisy.The Euro Prep turned out to be just as noisy and also, for all intents and purposes, has just one speed. Theslicing disk provided has a 2m opening which mushes anything you slice. We tried it out, packed it back up and returned it.

i have used it a couple times now lots of power good quality appliance .the french fry cutter not a good accessory the whiskworks ,chopping blade works well too ! wish the feeder tube was bigger

Short and sweet...Great machine, good design.I especially appreciate the lack of the hollow 'tube' that most processors have. This design allows you to fill, or over fill the bowl with liquids and not fear spills. I hope that makes sense. It's inherently easier to clean without that stalk sticking up.I do have one complaint with this, and others have complained as well. It does not come with a manual or documentation of any kind. There isn't any support on the internet that I was able to find and the seller gave lip service to finding me a manual, but, after 3 conversations, did not deliver. It's fine, as it's not an elaborate piece of equipment. But, someday, I might want parts.....Hmmm

My initial concerns about the knob being difficult to turn ending up being a non starter. The food processor rocks. It is powerful; quiet (as compared to others I have used and easy to clean with no central post. This is the best food processor I have ever owned.

this unit is more mess than its worth......it leaves food on top of the blade plate and makes for A huge mess.....makes soup out of everything!!!! i hate it...only used it 3 times and it is in package going back!!!!!!

A piece of the track which locks the cover in place broke off after one month's use. The cover was difficult to unlock and the knob control was too smooth to grip if one's hands were wet or greasy. Otherwise the machine did a good job prepping food. Amazon was quick and prompt to refund my money.
