Absolutely the best pillow I have ever had! So comfortable, my head sinks in the pillow and it supports my neck, soft but not too soft. I can sleep on my back or side easily. the cooling element is real! If I get too hot, I just turn the pillow around. Unlike a lot of memory foam pillows, this is easy to punch back into shape. For me, there is the right amount of stuffing, but it is easy to remove some, if the pillow is too high for you. This pillow may be a bit more on the expensive side, but so worth every penny

I’ve just received this pillow and it is fantastic!! So, so,comfortable!! I always thought that I’d stick to feather pillows but saw this when I was looking for a cool pillow as my head was getting so hot at night. I only bought it as an experiment but oh wow it’s gorgeous. It definitely stays cool and it’s just so comfortable!! My son wants one now as well and I shall be ordering more. It’s like sleeping on a cloud but with just the right firmness and support. Bliss!!!

I've been waking up with neck pain and headaches for the last three years. I've spent hundreds of pounds on every type of pillow,cervical,butterfly, memory foam I've tried them all and none have helped. I was told to try duck feather filled ones but I'm allergic to them. I saw this one and gave it a try. I'm so glad I did. I've taken half the filling out and because it's shredded I can move it around so it supports my neck and is lower for my head. I'm sleeping much better not tossing and turning trying to get comfortable and I've no neck pain or headaches. It does have a slight smell from the memory foam but that goes after a week.

A comfy pillow however the smell is off-putting. We have had it outside to air all day and it doesn’t seem to have helped. Had I have smelt this in a shop I wouldn’t have purchased.

This pillow is incredible for the price-it looks and feels as premium as others that are nearly ten times the price. I really struggle with neck pain and go through lots of pillows throughout a year with a combination of fillings including memory foam. The ability to adjust the fill level was the feature I wanted the most but was worried about reviews of similar products and the dubious fillings people have found in theirs. Happy to say the filling in this pillow is nice and 'clean' and doesn't have any harsh chemical smells. The pillowcase feels lovely-i get hot at night so really appreciate the cool side (and it does work to an extent too). Unfortunately I can't say it has been a miracle cure for my neck issues (as other reviews on similar products claim) but that is more a reflection of my problems than the quality of the pillow and i have definitely had better night's sleep and been waking in far less pain than usual-its the most comfortable I have been in my discomfort for a very long time. Arrives vaccum packed but was fully up to shape in about an hour and the zippable pouch it comes in is good for storing any filling in that you take out. Customer service is great too-i was sent additional filling to try and get a better fill so I have the ability to alter from medium to extra firm depending on how my neck is feeling which is brill. Honestly can't recommend this enough-just wish I'd bought the twin pack so my wife had one too

I’ve spent a lot of money buying top recommended pillows. This pillow came out top when I used ChatGPT for back and side sleepers. The fact that you can pull out the inside to adjust to the comfort is great. It’s just incredibly supportive. It has cooling properties which is great for people going through menopause or to stay cool in bed, but cool doesn’t mean cold. The first night I got used to it but slept better than I had for ages. On the second night, I’d got used to it and it is NOT GOING BACK!! 😀👌£27.99 is not cheap but it’s not expensive either. I would recommend this.

A bit thick to my taste but I guess I could remove some of the stuff inside. Feels cold to the touch. Nice.

Cet oreiller est très confortable. Je l’ai choisi car il ressemble à l’oreiller de la marque Coop qui est à un prix exorbitant en France. Tous mes oreillers sont ajustables ce qui permet de le personnaliser à la hauteur souhaitée. La mousse est agréable, il est malléable et reprend sa forme en le secouant. Un de mes favoris !

Nous avons achetez ce coussin pour ma compagne qui avait de très gros problèmes de cervicalles. Du jour au lendemain plus rien grâce à ce coussin. Magique !
