What throttle body it use for 04 ls 6.0??

We do not offer a drive by wire throttle body. But any LS throttle body should work. We have an adapter for the three bolt throttle bodies.

Is this Carb approved for use in Ca vehicles?

The manifold is 50-State Legal (CARB EO #D-279-9)

Would the stock fuel rails and throttle body from a 2005 5.3 fit this lsxrt intake?

Yes, you can use the stock rails. You will need fuel rail kit 146030-kit to make them work. Also, if you have the three bolt throttle body, you will need an adapter plate 146029-kit.

Will this fit on a lsx b8 6.2l?

If you have cathedral port cylinder heads, the intake should work. Otherwise, it will not. Also, if this is not for a truck application, it will likely not clear your hood.
