Koss CL/5 Clear Retro 90s Style On-Ear Headphones, Wired Plug

I was just looking for something inexpensive that if it got broke it wouldn't be a big deal. I have been thoroughly surprised by the sound quality out of these headphones. They are comfortable and feel pretty durable. They have been great for listening to music and also playing on my retro handhelds. Highly recommend to anyone looking for some cheap, but solid quality, headphones.

For low priced headphones the sound quality is excellent! The ear cups are comfortable and rests softly on the ears with no pressure. I would certainly buy again very good.

Barely covered my ears, not a good fit. Thought sound would be great since other reviews indicated that. That would be a no for me.

They are so cute and the sound is great. They do push down on your ears after a while because they're not a wider fit, which is to be expected. Just a little uncomfortable in long periods of time

Great for students or to keep around the house as an extra pair. I doubt there’s a better product in this price range.

Purchased two, very shortly after opening the cable was pulled in such a way that it broke the plastic where it attaches the cable to the headphones. I repaired with hot glue, but eventually this failed, as well. Otherwise they sound much better than you would expect to get at this price. Great for kids if they were less fragile.

They sound good to me! Compared to my other daily use budget headphones, the Sony MDR-ZX110, the sound quality is about the same. Just an observation, not a complaint - volume sounds louder from the same headphone jack on my computer. Same source material, system volume untouched, the Koss is just a little bit louder. Comfort wise the Sony is a bit better for me but the Koss seems to clamp onto your ears more and isolates away outside noises better.

Bought for 4th grade school and they have held up. The clear design is also kinda cool!
