Solved the overheating at idle but required some rigging.
2000 XJ 4.0 Auto, Flowkooler 1747 water pump, 160 deg Thermo, stock alternator, in South Florida 80-95 degree weather. 2 fans (pass. side & center) run off relay, fan relay wired to trigger off of fuel pump relay in PDC (Power Distribution Center), main power directly from the PDC main lug. Drivers side fan was spliced into orig electric fan connector. Comes on as backup or w/AC. Had to cut away some metal on upper radiator support to make space for the cap. Doesn't exactly take the stock radiator mounts so it sits kind of loose. Had so find some bolts to secure the fan pulley. Without the fan the studs are useless. Engine can idle indefinitely now @ 200-204 degrees, runs @ 170-180. In So Fla!!! With out the fan stock fan drag the engine has more responsive acceleration. Fans are a little noisy but get drowned out once engine starts. There are some YouTube vids out there to help w/install. The good news my overheating worries are gone. I would definitely recommend for any XJ. The radiator will work with your stock fan setup, so if your not into wiring you can try that, but the 3 electric fans do a much better job moving air. Made in China, but welds looked good and I've run it about a month now and everything is going great.UPDATE: Sept 2021 Been 11 months now and everything is still going great!

Bad warranty replacement attempts.
I've been communicating with H&H Auto, trying to get a warranty replacement's shipping arrangements taken care of for this leaking new radiator. We've been back and forth on communications, sent pictures of problem, and got a reply stating I could get a warranty replacement. Since then my communications have been blocked by amazon: Amazon Marketplace cannot be delivered because the e-mail was sent from an address which is not registered with your Amazon account. How is that, it's the same, only email I've been using with amazon during this communication process? I need a new radiator, NOW!

Do not buy this product. Doesn’t last!
Product did not last even 20 miles! Leaked after I finally got it installed in the Jeep! Has a leak in it already and now is completely useless. What a waste of money do not buy.

Wouldn’t buy
Leaked within two weeks out of the bottom bung. The witting for the fans wasn’t the best.No instructions for anything.

You get what you pay for
Fans not even close to being strong enough, and I had to bend and cut the bracket so it would even fit. Spend the money and get mishimoto.
