Our granddaughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when she was about one year old. She is now 16 and has been on a Gluten Free diet since the diagnosis, along with the rest of our family. My wife is a superb cook and has learned through experimentation how to make cookies, cakes, etc. from Gluten Free products that are as good as any store bought item. Over the years she has tried many different brands of flour and baking mixes and has settled on the Bella brand as being the one that can deliver the best tasting Gluten Free pastry items. She generally doesn't tell people she cooks for that the products are Gluten Free and she gets rave reviews from folks that eat a "normal" diet. She has learned over time not to mention the items are Gluten Free since there are some folks that immediately decide not to try them due to some long held belief that they will be tasteless. So now she hands them out and waits for the compliments to roll in. What they don't know, could make them healthier.

You'll find yourself saying: "I can't believe this is gluten-free! You have got to be kidding me!" But it's no joke. The texture and taste are superb. For the first-time since becoming gluten-free, I am actually able to make my favorite things. It makes outstanding cookies, pancakes and pretty much anything that would generally call for flour. Love this product! This mix, along with the recipe on the back of the box, makes the BEST gluten-free pie crust ever!!! It is flaky and tender, and you end up not even missing the gluten. Even my anti-gf husband thinks it is great. So worth it! And the family size box is fantastic!

Your product was highly recommended by my son whose family are all gluten free. For some reason my Kroger grocery store isn't able to get Bella flour right now, so I was thrilled that I could purchase it for less than a dollar more with free shipping. I've been gluten-free for several years and after considerable testing, I have found the Bella flour the most consistent in texture and flavor (I never thought about flour having flavor, but Bella is fine). They add Guar gum which is necessary in GF flour. So thank you Amazon and Bella in keeping my flour supply going.

This is my favorite gluten-free baking mix. I've been using it for several years. This product is the closest to regular wheat flour that I've used. I can count on Bella' consistancy for a great products every time. It even makes a great rue for gumbo!

This is the best gf flour I have found for pie crusts they aren't chewy and tough. Also bakes up fluffy with other recipes. So happy I found it here to buy.

I have been using this product for over 2 years now and love it. I use it for everything I make: pancakes, waffles, brownies, cookies. Measure it part for part in the recipe using this mix instead of gluten-containing wheat flour. It's true that it doesn't have the taste or mouth-feel exactly like its wheat flour counterpart, but it's very close! The pancakes & waffles, however, are almost identical tasting to the flour version. I am pleased with this product--otherwise, I wouldn't have been using it all this time. Bella (a real person) knows what she's doing with this one; she nailed it.
