One Of My Favorites To Paint & Play!
Original Purchase Date: October 2, 2023 I've purchased a lot of CDMD over several years and I've currently painted and played through the base game, season 2 and season 3. The Yog-Sothoth (and Wilbur Whateley) expansion is one of my favorites. Positives: -Highly detailed, very fun to paint -Unique "yog gates" mechanism add tension to gameplay -Wilbur Whateley moves around game board like a mini-boss Neutrals: -Handle Yog with care, can be fragile Negatives: -None I consider Yog-Sothoth an absolute must-buy for anyone who enjoys CDMD. If you're looking to add your next Elder One look no further.

nice miniatures
I've got to admit, I don't play the game but I enjoy painting the miniatures. This set of Yog Sothoth and Wilber Whateley are very well designed and produced. I use them to populate a Dunwick Horror diorama i'm making that includes several of the investigators and monsters from the game.

Appreciate the Versatility
I don’t play the game (Cthulhu;Death May Die,) but I use the monsters in TTRPG. Sculpts are nicely detailed and took paint well, although the latter was a difficult and tedious task.

A great Elder God to add to your collection
Miniature quality is fantastic (as usual from CMON). Of course I painted mine and put it to the board game table with family & friends. This Elder God is considered one of the easier ones to beat but we still haven't beaten him and its minions after two play-throughs. This is why we love CDMD core game. Challenging!

Well made model.
Excellent model painted up well, still to put in the game! I have gamed with it now. Excellent opponent(s). For those who have played Ch DmD, it adds yet another dimension, ( Not Dimensions), to the game. Extra 'temporary gates' appear to add to the complexity. Played with a season 2 scenario and a 3 player game just managed to win with the barest margin! 1 character despatched It with the very last chance, sacrificing himself as he did so! Well recommended.
