Works well for the first few nights and like all things loses efficacy if carried on continuously.

Tried them every night for a week and actually got less sleep. Even started using 2 patches a night and wasn’t working. Maybe just not for me.

Yea they work but a third of the patches had no sticky so had to go in bin as were like dried out plasters. The ones I did use I slept nicely. I will buy again just hope don’t have any dry ones I can’t use.

These patches do seem to help me to get a better nights sleep. I am a light sleeper and wake easily if there is noise ( snoring partner or myself!), light coming into the room or can’t get my pillow right etc. These patches seem to help me to fall back to sleep again. Without help I’m prone to lying a wake for a few hours, mind racing. I can’t say that they help me to sleep without waking, but I don’t feel quite so tired in the mornings, compared to if I don’t use them. I feel they are quite expensive and it’s a shame they aren’t on subscribe and save, but to get a better nights sleep is worth paying for. They have no side effects, not really sure what the magic ingredient in them is but I’m a covert. Good product

I am having trouble with this product and have had to stop using. It has not helped my sleeping problem but the patches are leaving a reddened itchy patch on my skin. I can no longer use them so will look for an alternative product. I wish to cancel my order.

Bought these for my hubby who has no issues falling asleep, but massive issues staying that way. These patches definitely help. They stay on well (I taped the first couple on, but soon realised this wasn't necessary) and he says once they're on he doesn't notice them. I haven't picked up on any scent/odour from these patches. I was hesitant to get these for him initially, as he suffers from migraines and I'd read that these could trigger them, but he's been using them for three and a half weeks now with no adverse reactions. I'm not going to claim these are a miracle cure, there are still some nights where he only manages a couple of hours sleep, but I've definitely noticed an improvement. £15.99 for a pack of 30, at around 53p a night I'd call these good value. Will be ordering again.
