No flavour so may be mixed with your preferred squash for variety. Easiest to mix in a shaker beaker with lid, though I would say not 100% soluble fibre as some I have had turn into a gel eventually whereas this never fully dissolves. That said, maybe a mix of soluble and insoluble fibre is better anyway.Would certainly buy again.

Nod products are quite good value. This is no different but I was looking for something a little coarser. This is a fine powder.But does the jobTook a star off for the description and very fine grind.

It's a good brand but bought the powder by mistake. It's ok for smoothies and baking but much prefer the husks - the powder sticks in your throat and is really hard to swallow.

I have tried this for the first time while drinking I felt sand particles in it sent this item back long time ago and after chasing seller I didn’t get my refund back yet. Must say third class service. No care for customers anymore. I can understand in business things can go wrong, but as a good seller they have a duty to sort out customer’s problem.

This product was recommended to me to help with a medical condition, by a medical professional. I have just started to use this product and feel it's a little early to report how well I'm doing in it's use. However, I am ever hopeful.
