I have been using this on salads, for dipping bread and for cooking, and it has now become the olive oil I reach for every day. It has a lovely fresh flavour, with a smooth taste and a noticeable peppery finish without being too strong. I particularly like it drizzled over tomatoes or with bread, where you can really taste the oil, but it is mild enough to use for cooking as well. For a quality extra virgin olive oil I think it is great value. It is one I will definitely be keeping in the kitchen.

This oil is fabulous. I always buy a big tin and it lasts me ages, I decant into a smaller bottle. Delicious and a really economical way to buy EV Olive Oil. I used to buy direct from the company but it then went to Amazon. Quick delivery and well packaged with no dents in the tin.

Une première commande d'un bidon de 3 litres m'a convaincu de la très grande qualité de cette huile d'olive du sud du Péloponnèse, région que j'adore tant pour ses paysages que pour la gentillesse et l'authenticité de ses habitants. Douce, parfumée, avec une amertume maîtrisée, cette huile d'olive est devenue une évidence dans ma cuisine de tous les jours. Si gourmande que j'en avale une gorgée tous les matins au petit déjeuner ! Mais à ce rythme mon bidon de 3 litres s'est vite épuisé ! Je suis donc passé au bidon de 5 litres...

second time order and I like it.

J'étais un peu sceptique car je ne connaissais pas du tout la marque Kleos, plutôt habitué aux huiles d'olives que l'on achète aux supermarchés, qui sont, certes de qualité, mais la Kleos waow, c'est une douceur sur la langue, on sent l'huile d'olive sans âpreté ni complexe aromatique pas forcément nécessaires. La seule saveur notable est sa petite note poivrée, presque un clou de girofle mal interprété par la langue après une certaine macération. C'est un bonheur cette huile d'olive, très bien équilibrée, elle apporte autant d'Omega3 que d'une vraie douceur de ce que doit être une huile. Vous pourrez l'utiliser autant en cuisson (ne dépassez pas les 80/90°c) qu'en assaisonnement. Vous aurez un vrai côté gourmand et délicat. Il faut certes y mettre le prix. En revanche, bien manger et avoir une huile d'olive plus que correcte, à ce prix, on est dans une fourchette qui est plus que raisonnable.
