Why take 1000 mg of Vitamin C per day?

This dosage is particularly useful during times of intense effort or in winter, and would be difficult to reach through diet alone. It would require eating up to 20 oranges per day.

What are citrus bioflavonoids and why are they included?

Citrus bioflavonoids are plant-derived compounds naturally found alongside Vitamin C in fruits. They are included in this formula to support the absorption and bioavailability of Vitamin C.

Is it normal for the tablets to darken?

Yes. Vitamin C can darken as it oxidises, changing from white or pale yellow to deeper shades of brown. This doesn’t affect quality, and it remains safe to take as directed.
