Very nice and easy to ride on.

Note: I am a beginner skater, and this review is tailored with that in mind. I believe this is a great beginner board that allows you to smoothly cruise and attempt tricks without fear of it breaking prematurely. I have been riding it for a few weeks now, and the only clear damage is some scrapes on the grip tape. The size is also fine for adults and big kids alike. Aesthetically, I love the look of the natural wood colorway and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again!

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Stock Bushings & Bearings: Fine for everyday cruising, though dedicated skateboarders might eventually want to swap in higher-speed bearings or softer bushings. Grip Tape Wear: Standard grip tape provides good traction, but like most budget-friendly setups, it can show wear around the edges with frequent trick practice. REAL-WORLD USE CASE: Ideal for beginners learning the basics, casual cruisers riding around the neighborhood, or anyone looking for a reliable backup board without spending a fortune. THE VERDICT: I hold back 5-star ratings on principle as pre-assembled complete boards naturally come with standard entry-level hardware, and I have no opinion on this one either way. I am not a professional skateboarder by any means, but I do skateboard quite a bit, and I was looking for a cheaper board within my budget, and this definitely fell into it. It's hard to find a skateboard underneath $70, so when I came across this, I was excited. However, I was a little disappointed in the quality. (Not that I should have been hoping for something really great.) When I got this board, the first thing I did immediately was loosen the trucks and the wheels. The minute I took it out of the box and tried to ride it, the board wouldn't turn at all. After loosening, it felt okay, but what I don't like a lot are the wheels. They ARE plastic - the kind of plastic that won't withstand tricking. For those of you who are actually looking for a pretty good board that you would see in a Zumiez or any pro skate shop, this isn't it. This is an example of a board you would find in a Walmart or Target. This is my overall opinion on the board and its parts: Deck: I ordered the red; it is not the darker red you see in the picture. It is definitely brighter - almost the shade of blood, but as far as the wood-type look, it is there and actually looks fairly nice. The deck also seems sturdy. Griptape: Standard. Nothing special. Does its job. Trucks: Pretty good. I don't believe they are plastic as some of the other reviews say; they are sturdier than that. Bearings: Pretty bad. It rolls, but not as smoothly as some other boards I've had. Wheels: Bad. Literal plastic. I bought a set of better wheels, bearings, and spacers for just $13 here on Amazon (which is a great deal, in case you aren't really that into skateboarding - a typical set of just wheels is $20+). I'm planning on switching the wheels out, and once I do, I'll probably update this review. So, all in all, this board is good for its deck and trucks. Don't get it if you plan on seriously learning how to skateboard. Get it if you only plan on doing it in your spare time and occasionally tricking like me.

Great board and it definitely exceeded my expectations. As stated in other reviews a few of the screws/nuts had to be tightened or loosened (one of my wheel nits was too tight) but after a little tweaking, it worked great.

Bought this for my son's 8th birthday. Of course, he loves it. 5 stars because it hasn't broken yet and I have the feeling it'll last a good few years. The wood looks sturdy. Everything's properly attached. Wheels look good. Overall, yep, good job guys. :)

Arrived assembled and ready to ride. Board is good. Paint job good. Finish over paint is only fair. Would not expect this on a more expensive board. Trucks, wheels, and bearings are suitable for a beginner board and should get a number of months out of them with daily use. More experienced boarders would probably like better wheels and bearings. Definitely recommended for beginners.
