Great little fan at a great price.
Works great. Battery life is spectacular. Fan does is adjusted by pressing the only button on the back of the unit. This also turns the fan off and on. Sequence is On - low - medium - high - Off The fan looks and feels little bit cheaply made, but has proven itself to be sturdy enough. After a couple of drops (rather, my toddler kicking it off of the stroller), the battery cover has popped off nearly every time, and the 18650 battery has popped out as well once or twice. The cover over the fan blades on the front has also popped off. All have managed to remain intact and are readily reassembled by snapping back together easily. As far as hooking it to a stroller goes, the clip is strong enough and clamps down well enough, but I don't think it would work well on strollers with round bars (not enough clamping force). The only real downside I see is that it didn't come with a charger, but this is no big deal as we have plenty of micro USB chargers laying around unused. Worth every penny.

Buy it! You'll bring it everywhere, not kidding.
I had to write a review. It's been really hot in my house lately and I was looking for a small, multi-purpose fan (I've had many "USB fans" before that weren't good). This one had all sorts of rave reviews - which was confusing to me since it's just a fan - but at $15, I bought it. I have to tell you, I love this little fan. I've been sort of obsessed with it in the week since it arrived, almost like it's a new iPhone gadget. So silly! But it's super portable, powerful, battery powered, quickly recharges, clips-on, stands up, and works in every situation. I leave it on my desk while I'm working, carry it to the kitchen when I make lunch, bring it to the garage when I work out, and bring it to my bedside when I sleep. Not kidding lol. It is just a fan, but I love it!

Little fan with BIG benefits!
Well, this little fan is the bomb! As most have already pointed out, it’s super quiet, really puts out the air, weighs nothing and seems to be extremely well-made and reliable. I often work as an in-store Instacart shopper and this little baby has really saved me during our godforsaken HOT days this summer. I clip it onto the center of my shopping cart’s top basket area and let it hum away. If I keep it on low and remember to turn off when I’m not strolling around with the cart, the battery will last a whole 5-hour shift. But of course I can always run it off my power pack — and with no discernible slowdown in fan speed or force. It also fully recharges in a few hours at home. All my coworkers are jealous! Bottom line — LOVE it and highly recommend.

Keeps You Cool at Three Different Speeds
I bought a couple of other little fans, one that was a clip on and another that you can sit on a table or place on a hook, but I like this clip-on fan much better. It not only has a rechargeable battery, which is better than constantly replacing regular batteries (or even regular rechargeable batteries) but it also has three speeds which the other two fans I bought did not. My only complaints are that when you have it blowing on you, the noise is a little constant annoyance (it's fairly high pitched in comparison to the other fans) and I don't think the charge lasts as long as is the claim. That being said, I liked this fan so much I bought a second one. It's super convenient to have a portable fan, because I can clip it in the back seat for my dogs on super hot days; hang it on my umbrella while I enjoy my patio; clip it on my desk when I need a little air circulation; and so much more. The versatility of a fan like this is endless and it is pretty powerful for it's size. I was impressed with the three speeds and the strength of the air movement created by such a small fan. It definitely outperformed my other two similar fans I purchased prior to this model.

Great fan
It was a little larger than I was expecting for a battery powered fan- but it's still relatively compact. I needed a fan for a bottom bunk in a camper. I was hoping the bottom of the clip part was solid so I could use a 3M strip to mount it, but it is not. While it's flat and will stand, it's "open" on the bottom. I was able to put numerous 3M strips on over the various lines of plastic and it still worked. The thing has a lot of power. On the highest level, there is a decent amount of sound (but again, I'm using it for at night while sleeping), but the lowest level is perfectly fine. My only real complaint is that the battery doesn't last the whole night. I'll be purchasing another one to be able to replace it. Great purchase, would buy again.

Update: good customer service wins in the end
Does what it’s supposed to but the sticker on the back left a sticky residue so I used goo gone to remove the sticky material and it somehow melted and warped the battery cover (plastic piece). Also, after charging this for most of the day...I unplugged it to use and it doesn’t work. Pretty disappointed. Update: customer service reached out to me after my above review and offered to refund me for my purchase or send a replacement. I opted for the replacement hoping for a better experience the second time around. The fan has been working brilliantly and the battery lasts a pretty long time. Happy with the product and the great customer service. Just don’t try to remove the label/warning on the back of the fan and you’ll be good as gold.

All the hype and no performance
Any review where I have to start of with "the first one I got" should automatically set of alarms. So, the first one I ordered wouldn't keep a charge. I followed the instructions and set the battery to charge overnight. The next morning, the light was still red and the fan only turned on when plugged in. Even though I was sure I put the battery in with the right polarity, I decided to flop it around just in case and let it charge overnight again. Same thing next day and I submitted for my return. I decided to give it another chance and opted for the replacement instead of return. It came quickly and I set it to charge overnight. The next morning, the light was green and the fan turned on when it wasn't plugged in. Success! Or so I thought. Turned out that it still didn't hold a charge for long and also fell off at the slightest bump when it was on the stroller. Since the whole reason I got it was for my son on stroller rides, the fact that it didn't stay charged and couldn't attach well to our stroller really meant that this was not the fan for us. As fate would have it, I returned the second one and the same week ventured to Walmart where I found a different model with the foam blades (what I would have preferred) for only $8. I'll stick with that one.

A good little fan, but be wary of the USB connector
I've used this fan at work to keep cool and it's been excellent for that task. The clip is strong and can hold the fan at any angle. I've only used it as a powered fan so far, and I've also had to have it replaced once when the USB connector broke off and fell inside the unit. While it is possible that this is a design flaw, it's equally possible that it was damaged when I put it in my bag and did not unplug the USB cable. Either way, be careful if you are going to be using the connection often, as I will. The manufacturer was quick to offer a replacement or full refund for the broken fan, as well. Despite my leeriness of the USB port, I'd still highly recommend this fan, both for the value and the great customer service. Update: June 6th, 2021: The second fan's USB port broke, as well. As a battery-powered fan, it's great. It won't quite last a whole 10-11 hour shift at work, but with an extra charged battery it could easily last you an entire day on battery power alone. Just be aware that unless the fan is going to be constantly plugged in, the weak connection on the USB port will eventually fail and you'll need a charger that can charge 18650 batteries. While I'm not thrilled at having to buy a two port universal battery charger (I already have two four port Eneloop chargers for the standard AA and AAAs I use and they work perfectly), the fan itself provides plenty of airflow even on the lowest setting. When you factor in the cost of 1-3 extra batteries and the charger, along with the hassle of constantly needing to charge them separately and swap them out, it's difficult for me to recommend this product, but I can't deny in all other respects it's a fine product. I think if I needed to run it on higher than the lowest setting, I'd avoid the product entirely, as that would drain the battery faster and require more spares to be carried around to keep it running.
