Helped improve my liver enzymes
After taking milk thistle my liver enzymes are normal. This product has helped my health improve.

Great product at affordable price
I use this daily with a regimen of other supps for my type 2 diabetes (NO Metformin for me!!! ugh!) My other main supps are Berberine by NOW with MTC oil, Tri-Sugar and Alpha Lipoic, American Ginseng, Ortho-greens, etc. The combination stabilizes my sugar and my eyesight.

Helps to keep me healthy
This brand works well at keeping my allergic reactions from needing medical intervention. I've always been a person that mosquitoes love to bite. Somehow, milk thistle helps to keep my skin reactions from getting horrible, i.e. needing prednisone or prescription drugs. I ran out of this and suddenly I had an itchy rash on my foot. Two days after re-starting milk thistle, the itchiness was gone! The rash was gone after four days. I couldn't be happier about how important taking this is for my overall health. I am 55.

Small Pill BIG Benifits

Bought this as a liver supplement when my doc said I had a fatty liver. Just got labs back and my liver levels are "normal". No taste or aftertaste, kinda a big capsule tho.

Checked for 3 weeks before giving a review - it really works!
Using another brand I just wanted to switch to this one, because it's labeled organic within the same price range. I was more than happy when doing two times two days breaks and I saw how it works. Each time when I start to feel indisposition on my liver area, I started to take it again and all this disappeared! It is not placebo since the first time the break was involuntary. ...And I think I know quite fine my body response as I informed, educated myself a lot and I meditate. I had fat liver even if I don't drink, I eat well, I meditate and it's nothing genetical. Is what it is and this Milk Thistle is doing its job. Recommended!

ALLERGY ALERT!
I loved them and they helped me by taking one a day for 60 days. I ran out and ordered another bottle . They were delivered a couple of days later and so I took one capsule and I went to the washroom and looked in the mirror and my face was all swollen, bright red and my lips are big but not that big. As time went on I was covered in a rash all over my body. If I were to take another capsule it could kill me. So they tasted different, smelled different and gave me a huge allergic reaction. I bought them again as I thought they’d be the same but they obviously they are not made the same.. They tasted and smelled mouldy. . It’s such a hassle to have to send things back as I was in a car accident and it’s hard to get around right now so there goes another $30 plus dollars. I’m so discouraged as I have a bad liver and they helped me now I’m scared to buy any brand of Milk Thistle again! This has been resolved by Customer Service. Thank you Amazon !
