I have used mine for at least two months now, and it still looks and works like new. I put it into a dishwasher, and it still holds the shape. One time I accidentally let it fall into the food disposal for a quick second, and it survived without a scratch! (it's literally just a second, so I'm not saying it's stronger than all-mighty food disposal, lol. But keep in mind how solid this is). It solves 99% of my daily wash needs, except for those really hard-to-come-off stains on the stainless steel pans, then I would use powders and a stainless steel scrubber.Definitely get one with the holder, it's a perfect combo.

I have a small hand so it's a little big to grip the whole thing in my palm, but it is softer in warm water and I can grasp it better. Does the job on baked in foods or the "brown bits" in my stainless steel pots and pans. I bought the yellow one.

I used this sponge every day, two or three times a day, to handwash dishes, glasses and non-stick cookware. It held up for five months before it started to breakdown. Regular non-scratch sponges last me only a couple of weeks before the scrub side wears thin and starts to smell. I believe Scrub Daddy is not intended for heavy duty scouring, which requires heavy duty sponges. This may be the reason why people rated them low for wearing out so quickly. However, I highly recommend Scrub Daddy.

I bought this product originally for kitchen use, but I like it so much, I found it useful in the bathroom to get the sediment and lime scale off. I also use it for stains on my walls (we have a toddler) and the best part is it completely drains of soap and debris with light rinsing and dries so quickly, there’s no musty smell. Finally, if you use it with cold water, you get a much stiffer scrub to get out tough stuff, but in warm water it soften and can be used on more delicate jobs-like ink on a doll’s face. This is definitely a great product.

I'm a believer! I had heard all about these and I am so glad I tried it. It makes getting tough messes up easy. I think my favorite thing about it is that I can throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking brand new. It doesn't get gross and stinky like other sponges. I use one in the kitchen and one the bathroom.

I love the scrub daddy.It doesn't attract odors, it's abrasive without being super abrasive, and it makes dish washing less icky (seriously, sensory-wise way nicer than a regular sponge).My issue is that he used to last for months, and now he disintegrates so quickly. Buying from Amazon, Walmart it doesn't matter, my old scrub daddies seemed like they were more rigid at first and lasted longer.The quality seems to not be what it used to be.(I'll still use it, I got an 8 pack at Costco for like $16, so I'm good for a while).*Life pro tip, scrub daddy apparently had a recycling program, so keep those scrubby scrub daddies and turn them into the manufacturer for credit toward your future scrub daddies (they give a nominal amount per, I believe).Also, re:absorbency, I don't get scrub daddies to clean up messes, literally just to do my dishes. I don't care how absorbent it is. It's not super absorbent if that's what you're looking for.
