Long Time Knee Pain
As someone who’s been dealing with knee pain and problems for several decades, this Horbaach Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM is pretty good. Easy to swallow,although the caplets are somewhat large. When I have those times when my knees are being crabby, these seem to help the joints feel a bit better. I’ve never really found anything that works a miracle for my knees, but even if I can find a little relief, than it’s worth it.

Works but liver beware!
Husband believes it makes a difference BUT since use liver levels high. This has tumeric which impacts liver health. Proceed with caution!

Fair, but had to take more than the recommended dose to get relief
This product is formulated with glucosamine sulfate. Previously, I used a brand with glucosamine hydrochloride (HCL) that worked well for me. But that brand was out of stock, so I decided to try Horbaach. After using Horbaach for about two months, I felt some of my joint pains returning. I did some research and learned that glucosamine HCL is more concentrated than the sulfate form. Accordingly, I started taking 4 Horbaach pills instead of the recommended 3. There has been some improvement since, but I will be switching to a different brand with glucosamine HCL because that form worked better for me.

The item is not pie, has caused so much breast pain and the tablets are too big to be taken easily. On top of that we have to 3 of themDon’t recommend it
