It's good!
Honestly works great, little arms are helpful. I am new to this so I will say I don't have experience with nicer machines. But for the little kits I've been using, it's been fun! I does have a little heat stability problems when doing more then 6 points in a row

Very nice unit!
I decided to take a chance on this station and I'm happy I did. I had to install a Gulikit joystick in my Xbox series X controller to deal with stick drift. Knowing that those joystick anchor pins will heat sink, I knew the job wasn't going to be quick and easy. That said, I was able to get the job done with this iron. I debated between this one and the YIHUA 939D, but I opted for the 926 because of the "helping hands." The iron heated up very quickly and stayed at a constant temperature. It certainly gets hot enough for this sort of work. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this iron. If you're wanting to save a few bucks and still end up with a solid station, you won't miss with this one. (However, I opted for leaded solder over the lead-free!)

Great price for a nice higher powered unit
I really like this soldering iron. The variety of tips is an added bonus and the power is there. It heats up fast, usually less than 30 seconds and the "helping hands" are a cool addition, although I don't use them much. I much prefer a decent hobby vice. The arms are such that if you use them, you have to have the base station close to your work, which kind of gets in the way. I really like the sponge location, very convenient. I was able to solder XT90 connectors with 12AWG wires. If you've ever attempted this, it take a fair bit of skill and A LOT of heat. This iron can handle it. For the price, you can't go wrong

Great tool with lots of nice to have accessories
The soldering station is really nice heats up very quickly can get to 460c in about 30 seconds. A lot faster than my old one. Also the solder extraction tool and included tweezers are a nice addition. The built-in helping hands is definitely a fantastic lifesaver! Overall it took me about 2 minutes to assemble completely no instructions needed.

Reliable and reasonably priced
My husband does repairs of gaming systems, computer, computers, etc. He recently branched out into doing more complex repairs on them, and he had me order this YOHUA Soldering Iron for him. He’s been using it for a few months and I waited until he had used it enough to be able to give a fair review. He said that it is very easy to use, has helped him complete all the repairs he needed to do, and that he would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably priced soldering iron.

Great for hobbyists and works great
Title may be misleading as this may be my go to and outlast me, but it feels like the right tool from harbor freight that you buy knowing you’ll burn it out but price point makes that fine. I have essential tremor and soldering is getting interesting. I needed something less bulky and quick heating. My traditional separate equipment that doesn’t sleep wasn’t cutting it. The helping hands are great and the unit being all in one allows me to move into tighter spaces with more control. I need to see if there are longer arm's available for what I do but being able to set the unit on top of a case, have everything contained, and use the hands inside the box while changing temp for different connections has increased my efficiency greatly. I use it in an industrial setting and it’s been a very helpful change.

Perfect after 3 Years!
I purchased this back in 2022 and man, it's been fantastic! It's a pretty cheap build, but the unit itself is great. I've repaired multiple boards, built 4 guitar pedals, built 2 preamps, a colourbox kit and a VCA bus compressor with this unit. I've also used it to replace pickups and solder in speaker wire. It's never let me down in the 3 years of ownership. I like it so much I actually recommended this unit to one of my coworkers that's getting into DIY circuit building. I even purchased the desoldering iron. Highly recommended!

Good beginner soldering iron, but defect in soldering tip screw will degrade over time
This was a good cheap soldering iron when I was just starting out and beginning projects. If you need this for 5-10 projects, it will make do. Although over time, the quality kept degrading. The clips on the base are screwed in such that if you’re trying to solder a board, they unscrew themselves and make your board fall. Additionally, the screw that kept the soldering tip from falling off stripped itself? There are only a few threads making that thing hang on and have also dropped a scorching hot iron into my lap on several occasions. Other than that, it wasn’t as if I felt like I was totally unsafe using it. It lasted me a through several personal projects, was straightforward to use, and heated up fast, and melted solder.

Awful quality
Om first use itself, poor build quality is evident in all aspects. LED display never tells correct temperature. Knob is fiddly. Helping hands are useless. The holder for solder wire wobbles. NOTHING ABOUT THIS IS GOOD! I was misled by reviews. Takes forever to reach soldering temperature. Is short, GARBAGE. I have borrowed a friends soldering iron that cost him one tenth. On top of that, Why is Amazon selling 120 Volts products in India WITHOUT declaring this upfront!!! This means shelling out THOUSANDS for a good voltage converter on top of this garbage product. WHY???
