Beautiful light!
We didn’t install the remote control portion. We had a separate light switch and fan switch for our old light. Works great and we had no issues installing. We love it!

Extremely difficult installation
Slots in mounting bracket have to be elongated to line up with standard American ceiling fan box screw holes. Instructions are in broken English using wrong terms such as fire wire for hot wire, zero for neutral and zipper which I still haven’t figured out. Impossible to follow at times. Luckily I have many years experience and am very handy, otherwise I would have had to hire someone to install it. Everything has to be perfect with the strict tolerances, it was quite difficult to install. By far the hardest ceiling fan I’ve ever installed and I’ve installed many. You’ll need a 90 degree screw driver to tighten the cover screws also. Once installed it’s actually quite nice with a heavy, sturdy body, it’s just what you have to go through to get to that point. The fan is designed to be mounted directly to wood or what they call a concrete ceiling with anchors, they didn’t seem to be familiar with the standard American ceiling fan box. I’m guessing they don’t use them wherever these fans are manufactured. You basically have to redesign the mounting bracket for them when mounting to a ceiling fan box. UPDATE: The icing on the cake for me, only after a couple months of use and the motor burned out...Unbelievable that after everything I went through to mount this thing, now it just stopped working. Now I have to figure out how to package it up and send it back to God knows where. I tested the remote control box that came with it, it still works. It's the actual fan motor itself. It's even tight to spin the fan blades.

Great Fan
Really liked the look and no noise. Fan gives a lot of wind. Perfect for my bedroom . Will be ordering this fan again

Upset
I’m upset that the fan didn’t come with the remote as stated. That was the main reason we bought this fan.
