the wax warmer works very well. I love that it comes with all the accessories you might need and the selection of wax it comes with is nice. the wax itself is of good quality, but just know that you’ll have to put it on thicker than you would for some other brands. Overall it’s a great starter kit for someone who is new to waxing themselves (just do yourself a favor and don’t try to wax your bikini line or armpits until you are confident)

I love it. The pain is manageable, but I experienced the horrors of sugar waxing, so the comparison might be biased. It removed hair in the first go usually. FYI: When it turns off, turn the nob to turn it back on but be careful that you don’t make it too hot. Remelting the same wax multiple times makes it bad to use tbh. Once or twice max. Make sure you fully take off the wax when you’re done with the post wax oil spray. It would be lovely to have someone do it for you but you can get creative and do it on your own self. Lastly, I could not handle bikini waxing, so I am sticking to my laser device. But I have lower pain tolerance.

My daughter got this as a christmas gift. She uses it quite often. She wasnt a huge fan of the wax that came with it so she got the ones from ulta. Good for at home use

Love this wax kit!! Was super quick to heat up and I only put in enough wax to wax the upper lip and eyebrows and ended up with more melted wax than I thought. That was great because it just cooled down for the next wax session.I’ve used it several times now and while some stubborn hairs are always there, it did a great job!

I was impressed! The machine came in a timely manner and it worked great. I always said I can’t wax myself because I can’t hurt myself. Well this does not hurt like it used to. I am very satisfied and willcontinue to use it.

Comes with a good amount of wax and sticks. It's hard for the wax to stay a consistent heat, as it randomly sort of starts cooling off as if its turned off. Otherwise good.

This was a really good purchase. Not only did it come with a bunch of accessories, including the wax beads and pre/post spray, it was super easy to use. The wax heated evenly and stayed warm, unlike microwaveable pots. My husband had a fun time waxing my underarms (I think he enjoyed pulling the hair) and it was a pretty pleasant experience. Not sure if the wax itself played a part, but I will use my Kolua Wax next time and see if this wax is better. Regardless, this kit definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Decent starter kit comes with everything you need for hard wax wish there was a soft wax option.
