Stansport Heavy Duty Canvas Tarp

Heavy-duty, high-quality, reinforced, great grommets. Used as a partition in my van. It hangs straight and holds up. This is what I had imagined. I'm a Painting Contractor so I'm familiar with tarps of all shapes, weights, sizes and materials. This is by far my best canvas tarp.

Heavy duty and waxed canvas tarp to keep the weather at bay. Use them for a temporary shelter from the wind and rain on our backyard patio. Well made with strong eyelets.

Most durable canvas tarp for weight and price but could be more consistent with stitching and try to achieve quality over quantity at manufacturer would be a wise business decision.

I had one of these covering my grill for several years and it worked great. Sun resistant, Waterproof and heavy duty. Problem was I failed to keep it from sitting in water so it eventually rotted. This is its replacement and this time I’m making lifts that will permit it to dry out between rains. I hope to have it over my 10 year old Dukane grill for another 10 years.

Good heavy duty canvas tarp. I think these used to be called “oilcloth”…difficult to find in brick and mortar places anymore. Good weather-proof cover, good heavy ground cloth.

These are way better than the Chinese green canvas tarps. as I have a bunch of both. The green ones are much lighter duty.

I got the 6x8’ tarp to haul branches and plant debris to the roadside. I opened it up and thought, “This is great! It’s gonna last for years.” After my SECOND trip to the road, it had more than SEVEN holes! What a bummer…not to mention a waste of money. Guess I should have gone with a cheap plastic one.

I’ve had it with flimsy plastic tarps flapping around in the wind! I purchased this to protect our patio table and chairs from snow. The tarp is not that big but by laying everything down on their sides it does a good job. It’s extremely durable and stays firmly in place using only a couple of clamps. I figure I can use it to protect plants from hail and/or frost in the summer, as well and using the underside as a drop cloth for painting jobs here and there. Although price in not cheap, I’m very satisfied with this purchase for the sake of its versatility.

Nice weight, nice color, it is protecting the item I bought it for very well. It has provided great protection against downpours, a couple of snowfalls, falling branches, etc. I am very pleased.
