How long do the heated mittens stay warm?

These microwavable heating mittens deliver 15 to 20 minutes of deep, penetrating moist heat. This time is scientifically designed to be the optimal duration for joint and muscle relaxation without causing skin damage from prolonged heat exposure.

Are these heating gloves heavy to wear?

The mittens are intentionally weighted with flaxseeds, clay bead and millet. This gentle weight provides deep pressure therapy, which significantly enhances the relief of stiffness and discomfort compared to lightweight electric pads.

How do I heat the mittens safely?

For safe and optimal use, microwave the mittens for 1 to 2 minutes. Always check the temperature before wearing. The minky fabric ensures the heat is distributed evenly, preventing hot spots when heated according to instructions.

Why do the mittens feel slightly damp after heating?

The slight dampness is a natural result of the organic seeds releasing moist heat. Moist heat penetrates muscles more deeply and effectively than dry heat, providing superior relief for joint stiffness and hand discomfort.
