It is what it says it is
I normally believe half of what I see and none of what I hear. I test everything until I am satisfied it is correct or incorrect. As far as I can tell there is real shilajit powder in this. I tested it by leaving it out in the open air and sure enough parts of it started turning back into a solid shilajit resin. I. was impressed.
