I was really excited to find a ready-to-drink, plant-based keto protein shake option. I love keto, but sometimes get tired of all the meat and other animal products, so this was a welcome change. Taste and texture are very good for a plant-based protein drink (not too gritty like some) and the caramel creme is by far the best flavor. I also like that MCT oil is used to achieve the high fat content. They are a little pricey, but if you can find them when there's a coupon offer it's not too bad.

I always want to try out the new lines of Keto foods/drinks. I decided to buy one and WOW, I love the taste! It can have an initial of chalkiness but doesn't affect the taste, IMO. I've purchased several of the other flavors - all delicious! For those of living a LCHF healthiness, try at least. It's great that there is now a variety of Keto treats. If you need a mid-day treat, I recommend Koia Keto. Enjoy!

So when I am in a hurry I grab one of these and it will keep my energy up and keep me going until I can eat a proper meal.I buy them all the time, especially when they go on sale.

Used the product for the protein in the drink. They r a bit pricey. Wished they could b sold in a 6 pack with different options.

Its hard to find products that satisfy my sweet tooth yet keep me in ketosis. This is the solution and only 5 net carbs. I also used it to make Chia Pudding for breakfast. Great product

Good taste, but there are comparable items that are less expensive.

I tried to see if drinking more over a few weeks would get me to get used to it. Still not used to it and experience massive stomach pains within seconds each time.

I'd say these are almost a bit too sweet but they're still really good.
