These are AMAZING. I received this product on August 1st... today is August 30th. I've taken these mostly everyday (2 pills a day as the bottle instructs) BUT there were a few days where I forgot so I certainly wasn't doing what I was supposed to be doing 100% of the time. I bought these because ALL I DID WAS GO TO THE BATHROOM. It was ridiculous to the point where if I went outside for a walk or something, I couldn't even bring water with me because I'd have to use the bathroom BAD. I literally couldn't take a few sips of water without having to piss my pants. I would wait until I was home for the day until drinking my water for the day because i'd have to use the bathroom 100 times. Well, my friends and I were planning a trip and we booked a 3 hour boat ride. The only issue is that the boat didn't have a bathroom. I was like oh my God... I literally can't get on a boat for 3 hours. Even if i don't drink a sip of water for the entire day leading up to it, I'll probably still have to use the bathroom at one point. And on top of the fact that everyone is going to be drinking and having a good time on the boat and I'd have to just sit there looking because I knew I'd have to use the bathroom if I even took ONE SIP.
