A good quality outdoor jacket that has plenty of zip closeable pockets suitable for the winter months ahead. The main zipper is easy and quick to use. Nice colour contrast between the olive green and grey/black comes complete with hoodie for the wetter weather. This is a lightweight jacket so you can wear a jumper underneath. A good buy!!

Well been looking for a solid coat for this horrible British weather with a hood.. I’d say the quality is good.. seems very water proof, comfortable pockets and liners.. it gets pretty steamy pretty quick in the warm indoor but I guess that’s to be expected. I’m happy good fit… I wish they did something better with the open hood attachment

I bought this as an emergency 2 days before my trip to Albania as the weather suddenly changed to -16C with snow and heavy rain where I had planned to do mountain hiking. I was surprised with how warm, comfortable and great this jacket is! Quite the surprise considering how light it is. Very nice design and definately worth the money. Would recommend this to anyone who is considering it.

I don't believe I have ever bought TACVASEN outdoor clothing before but I certainly will do from now on. The jacket is really great, a nice fit with enough room to move but not so baggy it is going to catch on foliage. Its certainly waterproof, water was beading nicely even in the height of a heavy thunderstorm, with no discernable leakage at the seams which all look sturdy and well covered. The jacket material is a nice weight, not the thin flimsy material I've grown to expect from other brands in this price range. All in all a great jacket for an active outdoorsman.

I've bought a few of this company's stuff. Two military fleece which are very good, warm and well made. This coat seems well made but it does also seem very thin, if you are looking for something to keep you warm this isn't it, I haven't worn it in the rain yet but it looks like it would be waterproof and wind proof. I would say size is slightly small, I got a xl and it fits nice but only wearing a t shirt. If you had a thick fleece on I would have to go up a size.

Good light weight jacket removable hud but hud too big,good if you wore a cap underneath Bottom too tight for bending down when zip is fully up ,over all a cheap jacket with bad design Will do for walking dogs in light rain no insulation . I would not buy again ,need to go more expensive for quality.

Thanks to the great British weather, the jacket was well and truly put to the test on our holiday last week. Great protection from the wind and rain. Looks good and was great value for money. Fit is spot on too.

livraison rapide et livreur au top . le manteau est vraiment imperméable a la pluie , l'eau ruisselle sur le tissu et la capuche referme bien le tour du coup. elle est légèrement et comme indiqué n'est pas rembourré , parfait pour les intempéries de printemps et d'été . un parfait coupe vent . les coutures et finitions sont excellentes , le tissu ressemble a du gortex. bref première impression et teste parfait.

Perfect match for my purpose, namely all year paragliding! I paraglide all four seasons which requires ultimate weather protection. I accomplish this through layers, the most important one is the outer shell which is the wind protection. Summer can be 20 deg.C upon landing, 15 deg at your starting point then drops 2/3 deg C every 100 meters of climb. That means shorts and a t-shirt at the landing area down to near 0 deg at 3000 meters and several layers while flying. Another important factor is wind protection an breathability of the layers to stay dry from accumulation of perspiration. Even in summer months This jacket combined with a thermal body fitting shirt plus a softshell is perfect. As the zippers are excellent you can easily adjust body temps by adjusting heat escape through the zipper which is even easy with one gloved hand. The wind protection is excellent and the jacket is roomy to allow layers and still have flexible motion during active flying. Pockets are numerous and located well. For example if you need to get to your phone while dangling in a tree (never happened but important to be prepared for) the left breast pocket is a secure zipped pocket where my phone is always placed before take off (we don’t jump like parajumpers ;-). Other great wind stopping functions are the ability to pull the waste tighter with elastic adjuster as well as the Velcro cuff adjustment feature. The front zipper also has a fabric overlap (held in place with Velcro) which keeps cold air getting into the jacket while flying +50 km/h. Probably will never use the hood, but also made with quality. The jacket I have been using (which was also excellent) the past 10 years has been retired and I am very happy to find something to replace it, but perform even better. Final note is the price is very fair especially if you compare it to all the name brands who in many cases look awesome, but lack in functionality (in many cases). This purchase really put a smile on my face so now it is off to the Alps! Fly, hike or just do what you do safely!

Bon produit, sympa visuellement et pratique, avec de nombreuses poche. C'est vraiment pas mal, mais par contre j'avoue que osus forte pluie de manière prolongée, l'eau pénètre. Je l'utilise énormément et je vais au travail en vélo avec, et lors de certains épisodes de pluie l'eau traverse au niveau des bras en moins de 20 minutes, un peu domage vu que le reste tient plutot bien la pluie. Je conseille ca comme bon coupe vent qui vous protègera de quelques averses, mais pas comme d'un manteau anti pluie qui vous gardera au sec pour des longues durées.
