Are these suitable for the 32 ounce sprouting jar?

Depends on amount of seeds you put in - I use the Vogel glass seed sprouters of which I don’t know the capacity, but they do look very similar size to the one you have. I put 2 tablespoons of seeds into each jar. Hope this helps.
