Will I be able to run two subwoofers with lfe inputs from one lfe output from receiver?

Yes, splitter is just wire no diodes or other components

Which one is positive and negative?

The correct answer is both. It’s a coaxial cable so each cable has positive (pin) and negative (outer ring). That being said, just match the channels on receiver and amplifier and you will be fine. Be sure not to let the 2 cables touch once plugged in on either end!
