This is great, quite fine and in a lovely package. I have bought it a couple of times. When following recipes I find it's best to use the cup measurement for bamboo fibre and not the weight as they all weigh different. That way, it does not affect your baked goods.

With a fibre content of 98% it would be good for anyone suffering from constipation. Unfortunately I’m not one of those people.... 🥴
