I started taking this about 3 weeks ago. I take one per day with a range of other supplements, then I stopped taking it for a couple of days and I definitely noticed the difference. This is a great complex and I feel it really helps my focus and all round mood. I take it with ashwagandha and it’s a great combo.

I love these supplements and I do really feel that they help with my energy levels and just feeling good

Whilst taking this supplement I have been completing daily workouts which are different to what I usually do. I feel this product has made a difference to my muscle recovery as I'm managing to do the hit workouts without being sore each day which is fab!! I havent really noticed having more daily energy but this may come after more time as only taking these for 10/12 days now. Feel really well so hopefully getting a good boost to the immune system as well. Worth trying.

For: I challenge you to find a more superior Mushroom Complex Supplement in Capsule form. I love that just 2 capsules provide 1g extract, equivalent to 7g in raw form. Good choice of ingredients, and as you would expect from with LLS the product is clean without any fillers or anti caking agents. This is a product I will be taking for the foreseeable, as will my wife. Neutral: What I’d love to see is this product in powder form so that I can add even higher amounts of mushrooms to my morning cup of coffee for days that I really want to enhance my performance. Against: When it comes to reviewing supplements, in the pursuit of supplement companies improving their products, I'm quite critical, Mushroom Complex by LLS however has got this just right, good work.

Does as it says on the tin! Great product that's really helped my focus and stress levels, easy to take daily and the benefits are really worth it. Fast dispatch so it's been easy to re-order. Great company overall for supplements!

I have never tried this brand before and I hope that third-party testing will show if it is in fact the real deal. I am not very impressed with the packaging since the lid doesn't seal and can not be shut properly. I know that most supplements should be in a container that closes or locks the jar.

Alcuni dei quali si utilizzano fin dall antichita' in oriente, come per esempio il Reishi o Ganoderma Lucidum che da più da 2000 anni è utilizzato nella medicina tradizionale orientale e in particolare in quella cinese, dove rientra nella classe delle erbe superiori, anche conosciute come “Erbe dell’Imperatore” perché sono dei rimedi naturali considerati estremamente benefici per l’organismo. Il Reishi è infatti annoverato tra le dieci sostanze naturali in assoluto più efficaci. Ne faccio un ciclo all anno nei cambi stagioni prendendo una sola capsula al giorno e mi trovo bene. Le pillole non sono proprio minuscole ma sono completamente insapori. Ad ogni modo si possono aprire e sciogliere nell acqua.

Sin da subito ho notato un benessere diffuso, principalmente dal punto di vista energetico, vitale. Molto soddisfatto, ricomprerò.
