This is an excellent little scale. I had another scale that was a little bigger and it accidentally fell on the floor. It was damaged but still worked so I kept using it. I finally decided to get a replacement and tried this little gem. It is small enough to sit on my counter without my husband complaining that it’s clutter. It easily switches between grams, ounces, ml etc. it tares quickly so I can track items as I add the to a bowl. The display is very easy to read and Measurements are extremely accurate. I already had the app because I have an etekcity smart scale (which is also great).

Bought this to use for weighing our foster kittens. We foster kittens who are typically too young/small/sick for their spay/neuter procedures so monitoring their weight at that young age is important. I attach a rigid rectangular bin to this using double stick tape. I find that kittens are more comfortable in a bin like this vs on a larger cradle shaped baby scale. The bin we use is about the size of a small shoe box and I attach it perpendicular to the scale so the long ends hang off the sides of the scale and the display is still visible. This is pretty much limited to use with small/light animals b/c a bin this size is about the largest size that works. Anything much larger would wobble/see saw when the animal is in it. I account for the weight of the attached empty bin by just resetting the scale to 0.0 A little dollop of Churu or baby food on one end of the bin keeps the kitten happy and busy enough to stay in place while their weight is taken. I'm sure it's just as reliable for kitchen or postal purposes, but I can't comment on that - - - I can however, say it's perfect for kittens. I don't use it for other purposes, so if I think it'll be a bit of time between fosters I just take out the batteries to keep them from draining. Bonus that it's compact and easy to store away too.

Not as accurate as I had hoped but it does what it advertises - functions but if you need a scale to accurately weigh things like coin weight variations, look elsewhere. Decently sturdy. Easy to store. 5 stars despite it not being quite what I was hoping for.

I work as a calibration tech and I brought this scale to work to test it. Up to 12 ounces it weighs at 11.99 oz. At 16 oz it’s -.17 oz meaning it reads 15.83 oz. I tested up to 32 oz and it stays around this error the entire time.

I am using this to count calories and its prefect for me. Easy to use, and its handy to be able to switch to different units like grams or milliliters to calculate how many calories I am consuming.
