Mediterranean Seasoning

Many seasonings are often too overpowering or aggressive, trying to highlight some cliche flavor profile or emphasize specific ingredients. This one from Kinder’s was a pleasant surprise and departure from that. It was not overly salty, and a number of spices blended together to make a cohesive single flavor.Did chicken drumsticks on the Kamado Joe. Super simple and really tasty. In case you’re curious:1) Marinate the chicken a few hours in advance with the Kinder’s Smoky Lemon & Herbs spice blend and some olive oil.2) When you’re ready to cook, heat the grill to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, indirect heat. Couple chunks of wood for smoke (I used cherry).3) Place the chicken on the grill and season again liberally with the Kinder’s spice blend.3) Cook for 1-1.5 hours, until the chicken reads 170 degrees Fahrenheit internally. Flip the chicken roughly halfway through the cook and season the other side.The spice blend is a great match for chicken and the smoke from the cook. Not all barbecue needs to be done with barbecue sauce!

This is my favorite of Kinders delicious blends. They are all great, but this one just really hits for me. I had a jar of this already, but was getting nervous as it started going down and I couldn't find more of it at where I normally get these. It was so relieving to find it here!!!Good stuff.

Great all around seasoning, keto friendly, and the flavor is amazing! Great on any meat! I like to use it on vegetables, pan sear with a little butter. But my favorite is the Butter, I will attach a picture, you can thank me later! That one you can put on almost anything! Eggs, meats, vegetables, literally no limit, ever popcorn, that one is the best!

You know when you get some of these spice combinations are not so exciting but this one is really exciting. You can sprinkle it over some vegetables that you steam and that makes them quite nice. But the best is make some fresh French fries. First cook the potatoes in the microwave completely soft like a baked potato. Then let them cool put them in the refrigerator overnight or even another day. Take them out and cut them into big fries and then fry them up. When they're still hot sprinkle this on all over you can also add their butter seasoning which is good and some salt... And it is unbelievably good best fries ever

Great flavors in this herb blend. I use it in scrambled eggs, on roasted veggies, as a rub on meats before grilling.

I tried another Mediterranean spice for the first time and loved it. Was shopping for a new one and stumbled across this brand. I love it even more than the spice I bought at Aldi for the first time. Use it on chicken all the time. This is a stable in my spice selections.
