I’ve been looking for a witchy type of of collar for my dog Bandit, and just wasn’t satisfied with anything I could find. This was literally the first thing I saw when I opened the app, and to say I had to get it for him is an understatement. Well, it got here this morning and Bandit was sitting right here with me waiting for me to open the box. When I took the collar out he was so excited that he got the zoomies and whined (he’s a very vocal dog,) he sat patiently and waited for me to take his old collar off and adjust his new one. This boy has been posing and showing everyone his new collar, he’s been trotting through the house with his head held high, and hangs his head out of the car window further than usual. If someone is looking at him, he turns his head to show them it. He’s gotten so much attention since I got this collar for him and he seems to be happier and proud of it. I’m definitely buying again but in different colors!Update: After three months the metal part that fastens the collar decided it no longer wanted to do that. If there’s even a slight pull to his collar the entire thing comes off. It’s a good thing I kept his old collar, but I’m disappointed this one did last long. He really loved this collar and so did I.

My 2 year old golden retriever has worn this collar for the last 9 months. It held up well, and it’s super cute! She’s very active and more often than not, takes me on walks. The only issue I had was that the clasp would come undone on one side when she pulled hard. Thankfully it never fully came undone, but this time I bought the next size up to prevent this. Not sure how some of the other reviewers had the collar completely frayed within the first month. I didn’t have that issue whatsoever.

Let me start by saying this a beautiful collar, I love the black with gold detailing. The design is actually stitched into the collar fabric, so you won’t see it rub off like with other collars.Some drawbacks include the lack of a breakaway buckle (I won’t lie, it’s a solid strong gold buckle that hasn’t tarnished yet) but could pose a risk to kitties who have a habit of getting caught. Fraying, the collar will get loose fibers from both the design and base collar fabric, kinda unsightly but you can trim away said stray fibers with a shaving blade or thin scissors and they look good as new! Lastly, the included bell tarnishes and looses its gold color and the included hoop for attaching the bell is easy to pull apart and stretch the wire. My cat actually caught it on fabric and broke it off completely.In my included picture you can see some fraying after I just finished snipping off all the fraying (sorry I forgot to take a before picture), with the tarnished bell. This is after 3 weeks of use. The name tag is from a separate purchase.Overall, I don’t expect this collar to last but it’s pretty and you don’t find designs like this often so I believe the price is appropriate for the product. Expect some tarnishing and don’t use the tag hoop it comes with as it breaks off. I estimate a couple years of use out of this.

Got for my Great Dane and fits him perfectly! So hard to find cute collars that fit larger dogs :(

I purchased this for its ornamental value in memory of my pet. The gold stitching stands out on the black color beautifully.However, on a tiny pup, the substantial buckle may be uncomfortable.

I love this little collar. It is super cute. Initially (3 weeks ago or so) the collar was pristine. Nice gold stitching. I could clearly see the gold design. As my other dogs have played with the puppy the collar has deteriorated. The exposed design elements are now blob-like spots of gold thread vs crystal clear celestial objects. The collar has both black and gold threads that come off of it which need to be trimmed. It is used so I can't really return it. The clasp is a pretty gold color and is holding up well. Unfortunately the braid that makes up the collar itself is coming apart. I'm bummed about this as initially I loved the collar so much I was planning to keep ordering the next size up as my pup grows. But based on how quickly and significantly it has deteriorated I'll put my $$ into something more durable.

I wanted this to work out so bad it gives such sailor moon vibes and its black and gold my fav color combo. Unfortunately... This thing was shredded by my cat in a matter of days from scratching her neck alone. I got home from yoga one morning to find her jaw stuck under it drooling and nearly bleeding. Granted, this is not a safety collar... but this isn't my first cat nor my first collar experience so I didn't see this coming whatsoever. Threw it away after 1 week and would not recommend for safety (as well as the pretty gold design shredding from scratching) which is so unfortunate because it was super cute. Cute but dangerous ... but so are most collars even the safety ones can get stuck on your fur bbys jaw or paw which is quite the traumatizing experience for both you as a cat mommy or daddy, and your floofy friend.NOTE: I have a derpy mellow chill (possibly on the spectrum) cat & a spaz cat (the one I tried this collar on) ... I think maybe my more chill fur baby would have been fine with this, as she is literally just a ball of fluff that naps and eats and naps again. IF you want to give this collar a go... I do NOT recommend trying it on a high energy/crazy kitty as I think the risk goes up when they're more wild like her.

I’ve had this for 1 1/2 years. The quality is really good and it’s still going strong. My dog has never had an issue. Love the style.Removes and goes back in super easy. Even when he squiggles. I’m back to order another in a different color, just tired of same one.
