These were a little stale and not as crisp or as crunchy as I remember the old fashioned ginger snaps to be. But I wanted them, so there you go.

these are by far the best flavor ginger snaps ever! they are a little more expensive but worth it! they are addictive too! hardness is perfect for dunking in coffee. I highly recommend these and plan to buy more for sure!

These are truly a delight. Really crispy cookies with a serious snap of intense ginger flavor that makes your taste buds sing. Not only are these delightful with a cup of hot tea, they're also the bomb when it comes to enjoying a little egg nog treat leading up to New Years's... And do NOT get me started on how AMAZING these are to make the base for a cheesecake! Seriously, take my word for it, these made a phenomenal alternative for graham crackers or digestive crackers when you're making a cheese cake crust. And, when you just want a little something sweet, crunchy and with a hint of spice? Look no further!
