Can these be put on block paving?

I have stuck mine with some very strong glue to the concrete garage floor (to stop my bumper hitting the garage wall). They have not moved in the past two years. If you bolt it to the block paving it may damage the bricks. It is better to glue it, but I am not sure how long it will last with the rain, etc. May be glue it first and then try bolting it?
